Hi, I’m Chhavi.
If you have spent years trying to force yourself into rigid routines, only to feel exhausted when life gets busy, I want you to know two things: it is not your fault, and you are not alone.
When Life Got in the Way of My Health
For a long time, fitness did not exist in my life. Through a demanding corporate career and four grueling years running my own home bakery, the weight piled on. By 32, I was overweight, facing pre-diabetes, and living in constant back pain.
The physical exhaustion was heavy, but the mental frustration of feeling stuck was even heavier.
In 2017, I chose a different path of realistic consistency. I lost 23 kilograms, completely changed my quality of life, and later experienced a healthy pregnancy at 37. This journey inspired me to become a certified coach in 2019.
“There’s no rigid ‘you must do this’ mindset. Instead, she meets you where you are and helps you move forward in a way that feels realistic and sustainable.” – Aveesha
Real, lasting transformation happens through kindness and self-compassion, not punishment.
Because of this, over the last two years, I intentionally evolved my practice from pure fitness into sustainable habit and life coaching. If we do not address the heavy mental load and the stress of a full life, the physical changes will never stick.
Today, my mission is to help you build a resilient body and a grounded mind. My personal ‘why’ is matching the vibrant energy of my five-year-old daughter while protecting my own mental peace. For you, it might look like stepping off the all-or-nothing treadmill, clearing the daily brain fog, or making self-care an automatic habit rather than a chore. Whatever your ‘why’ is, I am here to help you design a foundation that respects the season of life you are in.
JAMES CLEAR, ATOMIC HABITS
From personal curiosity to a formal commitment.
What began as a personal journey to find balance turned into a deep calling to help others do the same. Today, my work is grounded in science and refined by the experiences of over 400 clients who have successfully stepped off the all or nothing cycle with me.
The Three Pillars of My Approach:
Physical Resilience
Science-based nourishment and movement designed to support your body’s energy rather than competing with it.
Behavioral Science
Moving beyond willpower to master the habit patterns that drive long-term consistency.
Sustainable Mindset
The internal work required to bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it within a busy life.

Outside of coaching
• Keeping up with my 5-year-old. Honestly, matching my daughter’s wild energy is my biggest reason for staying healthy. Keeping up with her pace takes physical, mental, and emotional fuel, but it is the best kind of workout.
• The cake rule. I only bake for special occasions these days, but I am a firm believer that a happy lifestyle must include a slice of delicious cake now and then, completely guilt-free.
• Small pauses. I love a quiet moment to reset. For me, that means a walk in nature, listening to music, doodling when the mood strikes, or just drinking my morning coffee in total silence before the day gets moving.
• Clearing the noise. To manage the mental load of a busy day, I rely on simple, powerful tools. Journaling and somatic breath practices are how I actively clear out the stress and find my calm.
Stop starting over. Let's build a foundation that actually stays with you.
