Hi, I’m Chhavi.

If you’d met me ten years ago, I probably would’ve told you that I just needed more discipline. I believed that if I could be consistent enough, everything else would fall into place.

I know now that it was never that simple.

The longer I coach, the more I’ve realised that most people don’t need more information. They already know what to do.

The real challenge is bridging the gap between knowing and doing.

That gap is where life happens. It’s where habits, emotions, self-doubt, changing priorities, and the demands of everyday life get in the way.

My own experiences, together with hundreds of conversations with clients, have taught me that meaningful change begins when we stop asking, “What’s the perfect thing to do?” and start asking, “What’s possible for me right now?”

That’s the foundation of how I coach today. Before we talk about what needs to change, I want to understand you, what’s important to you, and what’s getting in the way. Together, we’ll build an approach that fits your life and gives you the confidence to keep going.

I didn't always think this way.

I grew up as a heavier child, and for years I believed that being healthy was simply about trying harder.

As life moved through different seasons, work, running a home bakery, and the many demands that come with adulthood, my weight continued to climb. Long hours on my feet eventually led to persistent back pain, forcing me to take my own health seriously for the first time.

Over time, I transformed my health and lost 23 kilograms. But looking back, I don’t think that’s what changed me the most.

What changed me was realizing that lasting health isn’t built through motivation alone. It’s built through habits that become part of your life.

That understanding stayed with me through pregnancy, motherhood, and eventually coaching hundreds of clients. It also changed the questions I started asking.

Instead of asking, “What’s the best plan?” I became far more interested in understanding why change feels so difficult in the first place.

That curiosity continues to shape how I coach, how I learn, and how I support every person I work with.

What it's like to work with me

Coaching with me isn’t about giving you another plan to follow. It’s about helping you build an approach that fits your life.

When we work together, you can expect...

To be heard before you're advised.

I want to understand your story before we decide what needs to change.

Progress over perfection.

We’ll focus on habits you can actually sustain, not unrealistic expectations.

Support that adapts with you.

Because life changes, and your approach should be able to change with it.

Beyond coaching

Keeping up with my daughter. She’s my biggest reason for staying healthy. Matching the endless energy of a five-year-old takes physical, mental, and emotional fuel, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

The cake rule. I spent four years running a home bakery, and I still believe that a healthy life should always have room for a slice of cake without guilt.

Finding quiet. Whether it’s a walk, journaling, music, doodling, or simply enjoying my morning coffee in silence, I’ve learnt that small moments of pause often make the biggest difference.

Always curious. I’m endlessly fascinated by why we do what we do. Behaviour change, psychology, habits, and the stories we tell ourselves are conversations I never seem to tire of.

If you've been stuck between knowing what to do and actually doing it...

I’d love to help. Let’s explore where you are today, what’s getting in the way, and what your next step could look like.
